Wills

A will is an instruction made about what you would like to happen to your belongings and money when you die. You choose who you want to make this happen for you. These people are called Executors. Their duty is to read your will when you die and make sure the people you want to benefit receive your requests where possible. Sometimes if the value of your belongings is over a certain amount your Executor may need to apply for Probate. https://www.gov.uk/wills-probate-inheritance/overview
